The idea
Most repairs on a normal car do not need a building. They need someone competent, the right parts and a couple of hours. Taking the building out of the equation removes the tow, the drop-off, the ride home, the waiting room and the rental car — and it puts you next to your own vehicle while the work happens.
How we work
- We talk first. Describe what it is doing before anyone drives anywhere. It usually narrows things down a lot.
- We tell you when it needs a shop. Alignments, tire mounting and internal engine work need equipment a van cannot carry. Saying so up front costs us a job and saves you a wasted callout.
- Your parts or ours. If you have already bought parts, we will fit them — and tell you first if they are wrong.
- You can watch. Everything happens in front of you. The old parts stay with the car unless you want them gone.
Where we are based
Between Kent and Renton, which puts most of the south end within easy reach and the east side within planning range. We do not publish a street address because there is no shop to visit — the van comes to you.
